E12 error code means the robot mower does not have enough grip or traction on the surface.
The primary cause of this error message is that the surface of the lawn is too wet or slippery. It can also be because of holes, mud or sand.
- Check the area to ensure that the lawn is level and there is no loose ground. Once the issue has been resolved, manually restart the mower from its docking station.
- Inspect if there are holes in the grass or uneven surfaces that might affect the mower's traction. If needed, level the ground so that your mower can move around easily.
- Suppose the solutions above don't resolve your issue. In that case, you can submit a form if the device is still under manufacturer warranty. Remember to provide your order number, the device serial number, and a video of the problem when submitting the claim.
