E10: MowRo Error Code

Code Description

Error code E10 indicates that the voltage of the battery is low.

Possible Cause

The most common cause of this error is an insufficiently charged battery. As the robot mower works, its battery drains more and more until it reaches a critical level.

Solution

1. Remove the MowRo from the docking station and place it back once fully charged. To do this, ensure your docking station has power and a flashing green LED.
2. You can also check the battery life status by turning on your MowRo, pressing the set button, and checking the LCD screen on the right side. The battery life is represented by four bars, with one indicating the lowest charge and four representing the highest charge.
3. If none of the solutions mentioned above haven't resolved your issue, you have two options:
   1. If your device is still under manufacturer warranty, you can submit a warranty request by filling out a form. Remember to provide your order number, the device serial number, and a video of the problem when submitting the claim. 
   2. You can replace the battery on your MowRo.
