The E11 error code indicates a tilt sensor-triggered error. It occurs when the robot mower's tilt sensors detect an angle outside of its operating range.
It can be caused by uneven ground or foreign objects that cause the robot mower to tilt more than it should.
- Check the area where the robot mower is located for any foreign objects that may have caused the tilt. If there are any, remove them and make sure the terrain is even before restarting the mower.
- Level the area out as much as possible and manually restart the mower from the docking station.
- Suppose the solutions above don't resolve your issue. In that case, you can submit a form if the device is still under manufacturer warranty. Remember to provide your order number, the device serial number, and a video of the problem when submitting the claim.
