MowRo: How To Replace The Outer Cover?

If your MowRo sensors are damaged, you may need to replace the outer cover. Replacing an old or damaged outer cover is necessary to ensure that your MowRo will work in its best condition and provide a safe navigation experience. You can easily get a replacement on the Redback tools website.

Tools and Materials Needed:

• New Outer Cover
• 10mm Socket Wrench.

Procedure

1. Flip the MowRo over and loosen the four bolts on the bottom of the unit using a 10mm socket wrench.
2. Once loosened, flip the MowRo back over and tilt its outer cover forward to expose all screws holding it in place.
3. Unscrew two screws that are holding the charging contact cord in place.
4. Unscrew the three screws (six total) on both charging contact covers.
5. Remove the charging contacts from its cover and remove the old outer cover completely.
6. Finally, replace it with a new outer cover and reverse the steps above to re-install it correctly.
